We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and will send you and email with the Tracking number

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Catherine Mannheim jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. We will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.  Please make sure to send the piece back by special delivery with max.insurance cover.

CANCELLATION
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund including delivery charge. In order to claim a refund you must notify us in writing within this ‘cooling off’ period. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but within 30 days.

Catherine Mannheim does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. We recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery tracked service. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Catherine Mannheim Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

PRICES
Goods are charged at price stated on the website. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
